Rules on Sports
Sports betting is a substantial section of Regal Rush Casino, and it follows specific rules. Here are the main points to consider:
- Regal Rush Casino accepts bets on various markets grouped into singles, combined wagers, and multiples.
- Although Regal Rush Casino may change pre-match and live odds, you will receive a payout based on the odds at which you placed your wager.
Additionally, Regal Rush Casino has separate betting rules for specific sports. For example, if you wager on basketball and the match isn’t completed, the operator returns all affected wagers.
Responsible Gaming
Regal Rush Casino cares about its customers’ wellbeing and encourages responsible gambling. It provides basic information about gambling addiction on its Responsible Gaming page, outlining common symptoms and warning signs.
To help identify potential problems, Regal Rush Casino offers a short questionnaire of 10 questions. If a player answers positively to 5 or more of them, they should take gambling more seriously and follow the restrictions recommended by Regal Rush Casino:
- Consider gambling solely as entertainment (it should not be treated as a source of income).
- Manage your budget according to the amount you can afford to spend on gambling daily, weekly, or monthly. Allocate your gambling time carefully.
- Don’t chase losses; if you lose multiple bets in a row, it’s best to take a break.
If a player’s gambling becomes unmanageable, they can set restrictions on their account. By contacting Regal Rush Casino support, players can request daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits or complete account closure.
Risk Disclosure
When wagering at Regal Rush Casino, you risk losing your funds. Most of the Regal Rush Casino games are RNG-based, which means you cannot influence the outcome of a round and the result is determined by chance. Please consider this risk before registering on the site.

The Regal Rush Casino refund policy applies in two cases. First, within 24 hours after making a deposit if the funds have not been wagered.
Secondly, Regal Rush Casino will review refund requests within 30 days if a transaction was performed by someone other than the account holder. In such appeals, you agree to provide notarized proof of identity.
